Periscope app review
What is so good about this app is that we can use it anytime and anywhere to broadcast our activity. We don’t need to type anymore to describe what we are doing at the moment. The good news is that Periscope integrated with Twitter, so in order to use it, we can just log in through our Twitter account.
This app has some features; the first is called Watch Tab. This feature is shown by TV icon on top of the screen. With this feature, we can easily find who is broadcasting at the moment. The next feature is called Global List, which can give us a live broadcast from random people from all over the world. While this app is a live streaming app, we can send chat to the broadcaster. We can also share our broadcast and take a screenshot of it before sharing it on Twitter. What is unique in Periscope is that we can give Hearts to the broadcaster to show our appreciation. Broadcasters with more hearts will be added to Most Loved lists and will easily be discovered by others. In conclusion, here is the list of pros and cons this app.

How to Use
Using all the features that Periscope for Android offers isn’t that complicated. To start broadcasting, users can tap the camera icon in the bottom right corner. Broadcasts are in public mode by default, but users can switch to private mode. To attract more people into joining their room, users can add a title to the broadcast. If users are willing to send broadcast notification to Twitter, users can tap the blue bird icon before broadcasting. By doing so, their Twitter followers will see a tweet informing about the broadcast.
While broadcasting, if it is necessary to change camera orientation, users can double-tap the screen to switch between landscape and portrait view. If you want to end the broadcast session, they can simply swipe down the screen and tap “Stop Broadcasting”. If users want to save all their broadcasts, they can activate this function by going into the setting menu and turn on the auto-save features. To save or delete broadcast, just tap on the on the save replay or remove replay. The options will pop out as soon as the broadcast ended and after the three blue dotted symbols is tapped on the bottom right corner.
