Mi Fit app review
To use activity tracker and sleep monitoring features in Xiaomi Band, you will need Mi Fit app that is installed in smart phone and Mi account. If you don’t have Mi account yet, sign up and activate it first. It can be done through this app. It needs at least Android 4.4 (Kitkat) as a minimum OS. After the app is installed, the first thing to do is to connect Xiaomi Mi Band to Mi Fit. One device can be connected to one Mi account only.
This app will show all detail information of your activities recorded by Mi Band. The information includes burned calories, mileage, sleep quality, and heartbeat. Even if you have a Xiaomi smart scale, you can connect it to your smart phone through this app. Your weight will be automatically noted in this app. Through this app, the users are also allowed to set the target or goal of activities or number of steps to achieve every day. When the target is totally achieved, the indicator light will be on. Well, here are the pros and cons of this app.

How to Use
After installing Mi Fit for Android in your smartphone, the next thing you need to do is signing up. Then, login with the account you already made before. This app then requires you to fill your personal information like age, height, weight, and goals to achieve every day. Make sure you fill it correctly to allow the Mi Band to give the real and accurate data. To run this app, Mi Fit system will ask for permission to connect to the Mi Band through Bluetooth. Once it is connected and identified, continue with the tap on the smart phone screen to sync. Then, press the appearing color in the smart phone to continue connecting Mi Band to this app.
