Android Pay app review
One of the plus points of using this app is it ensures the secrecy of your data. It doesn’t store the detail of your debit and credit card on your mobile phone. Instead, it uses tokenization to secure your card data. You also have to set up a password—or even a fingerprint password if your phone has the feature—for precaution. Moreover, it sends you payment details which include location, retailer’s name and phone number to keep you updated in case there has been fraudulency. You can also use cards from major brands and large banks. All you have to do is register your card data to the app and you should be ready to go.
However, there are downsides of using Android Pay for Android. You still need to have the receipts with you in case you need a proof of payment later. This wallet app still doesn’t have the feature to enter a picture of the receipt for every transaction you made. You are also recommended to always carry the real cards in case the app does not respond. Moreover, not every store accepts payment from this method, so it’s better to always be ready with cash or your debit card. To sum up, here are the plus and minus points of using this app.
Pros:
- It has guaranteed the security.
- It gives updated payment details
- You are able to use any cards from major banks.
Cons:
- It is not capable of keeping picture of the receipts.
- You still need to carry real cards.
- Not every store accepts this payment method.
